Show me more then 50 people who have had success with 3 total body workouts a week. No competitive lifter (body builders, PLers, strongmen) use those. The only program that I would recommend for that is Chad Waterburys TBT, but even then there are sooooooo many other great programs out there. Follow that 5x5 and youll see huge gains. Afterwords find a similar program that is a little more demanding, or keep doing 5x5 just jack the weight up.

I heartily accept the motto, "That government is best which governs least"; and I should like to see it acted up to more rapidly and systematically.
