Cycling off and givng your body a break will ensure that your body doesn't become unresponsive or desensitized. If you stay on it for too long without a break it could lose it's effect.
Take like 4 weeks off and then go back on.
I did that with my pre workout product when I felt it started to lose it's effect. When I started using it again the first dose felt like I had just snorted coke, it was like my first ever dose all over again
