Oi pain
okay i feel like a big biatch ive never jump roped before this week and i dont know how to beat the pain after about an hour of it my calves have this numbing pain and i can hardly walk anyone else had this problem how do i get past it ive tried just muscling through and ive stretched before the work out but it still gets to the point where its hard to stand
