but i don't take creatine everyday, only on workout days, so like mwf i use it but tues and thurs and the weekend i don't. would that be considered as cycling?
Not really it won't do you any harm to stay on for an extended period of time, but if you ever feel like it's not working like it used to, take a break and then go back on
