More olympic lifts, still getting used to the movement. It's a sketchy thing to learn because there's a ton of things to keep in mind at once, while remaining explosive, plus you need a decent amount of weight to get the right momentum. Weights are up slightly and it's coming.
Haven't quite figured out how I'm going to do the second part of this session with the area availabe to me.
I've been putting 'active rest' into practice. If anything hurts or is sore it gets stretched and used a couple times a day to encourage bloodflow and recovery.
A few hours of Saulo today and BJJ tonight.
