I slept 4 hours last night. Really frustrating at this point. I'm not training today, I feel like shit and it would be working backwards. If I can't fall asleep early tonight I'm going to go to my last resort and smoke a joint, which is so far the only truly effective thing I've tried to tackle restlessness. That's not going to work in the long run though.
