Hey Everyone
Im really new to muay-thai. Ive only had 3classes but i absolutely love it. After getting over the initial full body stiffness(ouch) i feel like im getting used to it....ie hip movement,pivoting and striking via punches and kicks. I am just looking for advice on how often to train if you really want to become good at it...at the mo ive went every 2nd day.....also should i be weight training along with muay thai....im 5'11'' n 160lbs....any tips or info would be great
