Lose overall body weight?
I am almost 17, 5'8" 151lbs. I want to lose a little weight, like down to 144lbs or so and wanted to know what the best way to do it was. I already do a 2 mile run with uphill sprints every other day or so. Food doesn't influence my weight at all, or atleast I like to think it doesn't. I don't have access to a pool for laps, we didn't join the swim club this year
