I already do a 2 mile run with uphill sprints every other day or so. Food doesn't influence my weight at all, or atleast I like to think it doesn't. Every persons favorite activity.. Cardio.. LOTS AND LOTS of cardio,.. plus you need weight training as muscle is the only part of your body that can burn fat..
