Went to the gym at 10 this morning and ran three miles and did some light bag work to jumpstart my metabolism because I need to get off the rest of the weight this week.
Then at five was bjj and we went over a few different armbar setups and some things off of that like taking the back and learned a little RNC variation. Then I ran another couple miles and weighed out at 151.4. I am probably at about 153 or so right now but im happy with where I am at with my weight. I plan to get into the forties wednesday.
