Started off with a mile run and then bjj. BJJ was with one of Jim Kelly's brown belts. Started off with lots of drills for the first half hour or so and then did armbars from guard(kind of an advanced set up we have been working for a while now) and then the transition from that to a triangle if the guy pulls his arm out and then the defense to the armbar. Then I went and got another mile and a half in and weighed out at 149.9. I pretty much just have to stay disciplined on my diet at this point and my weight should be fine, I may or may not have to sauna friday night
