I also suppose it would be a good idea to post my maxes to show how much I increase with my lifting. My four basic core maxes (Bench Press, Parallel Squat, Power Clean and Deadlift)
Parallel Squat- Around 500 something
Deadlift- Around 600
And I am currently a white belt in my MMA class which is a basic rundown of kickboxing, stand-up game, submissions, ground-game and combat hapkido which they use a belt system for. I have only been taking the class for a little over a month but I am already very dominant against the other students that are around my age, but when it comes time to spar the older guys (Namely Mr. Jay, the main instructor) he puts me back in place but he has said I am getting much better as each class passes. He says that I am strong enough, but I just need to get my technique down and of course as we all know, that comes with time.
