Whats with the rep scheme? That seems kind of odd with your goals in mind. With a 500 lb squat you should just work on explosive stuff because your legs are strong enough to get a takedown on just about anyone. 200 calf raises? It just seems like your workout does no match your goal. But those numbers are insane man, good work. a 500 lb squat and 600 lb deadlift at 184 is pretty elite, you should get out there and compete
