No classes being ran today, did my own thing with partner. First we did combos on the thai pads, then on the kick sheild, some push kick drills, then held the bag for a 100 kicks each, then 100 knees on the kick sheild. I finished off with 50 1-2 combos on the bag just because I feel a bit weak as far as shoulder endurance goes. Felt good, but I'm definitely still a little weaker than before. It's coming along. My shin splints are acting up, but they're okay.
Tomorrow I'm going to do some conditioning.
