Mon 3-02: 3.5 mile run, lifted chest & back: lat pulldown, chest press, row, rear delt fly, that thingy where you extend the dumbbells out to your sides keeping your arms level with your shoulders, can't remember what it's called. Sonofabitch I forgot to do Arnold press. I was distracted by some of the scenery heh heh. TKD: 90 min of insane cardio conditioning, later this week I'll come back and edit this entry to explain more fully what we've been doing.
