Stretch, warm up run, then we played some warm up dodgeball. Plyo pushups across the mat. Did drills alternating between doing jumping back and forth or doing some sort of bodyweight exercise, then a combo on the bag. Then switched off to knee or push kick the wall. Got 3 rounds of sparring in. My shin splints are being a bitch. My second trip to the fortress happens tomorrow. Bringing that mouthguard too.
