Hi... I've faced the same problem with my roundhouse.While I have rectified my roundhouse with the pivot and still working on it(since the floor is usually rough), I still have pain in my knees due to the knee locks.I have this pain since last 4-5 months and don't know how to get rid of it.I thought time would do it's healing but now I am paying price for my ignorance because.I get the pain in my knee joints whenever I walk for more than a mile or so.
Can anyone help me healing this injury?Would really appreciate it.Thanks.
