Clean and Jerk 3,3,3 @ 115lbs
Burpee Circuits 3 rounds of 1:30. 1:00 Rest inbetween.
I've felt a little shitty over the past 2 or 3 days. I've got a cold that's set in and keeping me clogged up, I feel tired, weak, and unmotivated. Today at the gym I added 10lbs to the Clean and Jerk. I'm beginning to think that the olympic lifts should be dropped. I feel like they're a bit dangerous without a knowledgable eye to tell me where my form can be improved on. The burpees were especially draining, but I managed to add a 3rd round. Going to increase the round length next week.
