the reason I ask is because I plan on fighting at bantamweight in the coming months and I don't want to go over 135 yet obviously. I read that walking at 3mph for 1 hour burns 200 calories. SO core for 30 minutes AND an MMA class for 1 hour likely burns A LOT so I should be good for not gaining through excess calories right?
