Thanks for the reply swpthleg.General practitioners have never been able to help me with previous injury.So I kinda have lost faith in them.
Let me try icing on the knees for a while and then I'll get back to ya.
Are you icing your knees regularly after you work out? Also, my orthopedic surgeon told me to put heat on my ankle before I work out to relax the muscles, then ice after.
Couldn't hurt to ask your general practitioner for a referral to an orthopedic surgeon or sports medicine MD, though.
