We train and fight in MMA which means there is a ton of ways to give a fighter an edge, I think being able to change your stance back and forth in a fight and be comfortable doing it is another way of giving yourself an edge. I am really glad to hear you guys practice doing that as well
I was actually suprised when I found out awhile ago that most people dont. I guess its because alot of people cross train in boxing which in and of itself is very limited because its a sport so it has to constrain itself to the rules of the sport.
