Mon: 80 min. TKD cardio conditioning.
Tue: 3.2 mile run (cut short by having to pick daughter up from track practice), TKD intermediate class at 8.
Wed: 4.5 mile run, TKD cardio conditioning at 7. This turned out to be not much cardio.
Thur: 3.5 mile run, point sparring. I guess I went about 7 2-minute rounds.
Fri: sick from antibiotics but it's usually a rest day anyway.
Sat.: 3 mile run, 25 min. bike.
Sun: didn't work out. LAME. can't wait till I'm done with these antibiotics.
