I want to start working out and training and i was wondering if you guys could answer some questions for me. Btw, im 5.7 and weigh 135
1. are there any sugestions you guys could give me on training Schedules and What i should do and for how long?.
i came up with a work out regiment but im not sure its what i should be doing.
( all i have done is work daily with a heavy bag for 30 mins to work on my cardio and about 100 pushups and 200 crunches.)
2. I was also wondering if a good diet is acutally needed to gain strength and if so are there any sugestions you guys could give.
