I'm entering my first organized MMA fight in August. I've been in Martial Arts for 12 years and been seriously weight training for 8. Since i've decided to go back to fighting i'm droping weight to be able to fight at 170lbs. I'm currently 5'7 190lbs and pretty lean. Anyone have any diet, cardio, and strength training regimens that would be good? My diet I think would be a good starter. Always been on the brink of a six pack but never could close the deal.
