It doesn't matter whether it's clogging, crunking, break-dancing, vogue, line-dancing, etc... Dancing is one of the best ways to lose overall body weight, and is great for rythm and footwork. The only other option I would put up aside from Swimming would be Figure Skating. Think about it: Do you know of anyone who Dances or Skates on a regular basis that's fat?
I played Dance Dance Revolution for a long time for cardio, fairly enjoyable and a great workout when you can do the hard songs on the highest level.
