Mon 3-23: 4.3 mile run, 90 min TKD cardio conditioning. damn my legs hurt.
Tue: 4 mile run. didn't go to TKD intermediate class, all we were going to do is one-steps, not cardio and boring.
Wed: 1 hour TKD forms and jumping rope. running FAIL
Thur: 3 mile run, jump rope, pushups, situps, then sparring got cancelled due to man drama in the dojang AGAIN!! So me and my 10-yr-old went to the gym near my house where I customarily run and lift and I did pad work with her. She's a beast!
Fri: is customarily a day where I don't work out unless I'm feeling very energetic.
Sat: 4.5 mile run, avg pace 9:40
