Its all about running. I know you hate it, so do i. Iv been running a few weeks now every day and iv lost so much weight and it gets easier the more you do it. I went from being a 225lb fat smoker to 203 running nonsmoker in just 3 weeks. Im taking Hydroxycut hardcore which helps alot with the energy and it help me to push myself a couple more laps that normally i wouldnt even consider lol. Suck it up, take some supplements and hit the treadmill. You burn alot more calories running than anything else in the gym. When you cant possibly run anymore because yur legs have turned into noodles, then you hit the bike to pull out a couple hundred more calories. You'll notice a difference fast.
