Rested Sunday. I have to stop doing that.
Mon 3-30: ran 5 miles, some bag work b/c my gym finally put the new bag up. It is a thing of beauty and I smacked it up.
Tue: ran 5 miles, about a 9:35 pace I guess, then epic stomachache.
Wed: ran 4 miles, some heavy bag combinations.
Thur: ran 4 miles
Sun: ran 3 miles, 15 min bike
