Stop running for a week to allow your Flu to clear and go running at a different time.
I normally go running around 6am or 10pm and its normally ****ing freezing, in the UK we get a lot of - degrees in the Winter. I wear a Hat, Jumper, Shorts and Trainers and despite the inital cold snap at the beginning of the run, the cold goes away when I start interval running half way through my run.
