I don't do squats or dead lifts. They kick ass because they hit a ton of power muscles etc etc etc BUT! and I know people are going to argue with me to the death on this but they will damage and destroy your body. I only have one set of bones, tendons, ligaments, vertebrae etc and I won't trade them instead of adding 15minutes to each workout to hit these muscles in a safer way.
