Conditioning

Burpees 5 rounds of 3 minutes
Heavybag 3 rounds of 3 minutes, 30 second punch out drill

Another 30 seconds to the rounds of burpees. Going to leave it at this and start counting so I can increase the intensity everytime. Left the bag a bit early to catch a concert.
