I'd be more inclined to think that maybe Frank being 11 years older at 36 and possibly past his prime plus having a layoff would have had more to do with it.
I was kinda pissed at his performance cause he obviously either didn't have an intelligent gameplan or completely failed to execute it.
Either way, I sure as hell don't think that 'Prick Douche-az' won because of being a pothead.
