If your 190 and pretty lean, and you want to drop 20 pounds thats about 11% of your bodyweight. You will have hard problems doin this. You also have about 3 months to do this in.

With cardio you want to perform it about an 1 - 2 hours after breakfast, If your performing weightloss try HIIT. This is the site for this.
