trying to put a good workout
so basically now i do m,w,f i have an hour lifting and an hour and a half of martial arts training more cardio shit.
now would i be over training if on other days like tuesdays and thursdays i did circuit training? not so much intense weight lifting but some isometric bodyweight stuff maybe some tire flipping and leg stuff because on lifting i only do squats and deadlifts?
would it be too much or what do you guys recommend?
i've also been doing an hour of cardio on tuesdays thursdays and fridays addtionaly
so would it be too much? and would if i had a high calorie take in would i still be bulking up
i just want to be a better stronger fighter but i don't want to be doing all this shit and end up doing more of a weight loss thing
