I actually play a lot better with Shogun than Chuck. Chuck is easy to beat, even on the hardest difficulty. It's all about angles. If you stand in front of him, you're going to be hurt. I frustrate him with sidestepping and kicking the legs. Then when I am ahead in points, he's bound to come in punching. When he does, I counter with a take down. It's pretty easy. If you get caught in front of him and are hesitant to sidestep, block your head and get within clinch range.
