If you want to be a better fighter I would suggest more skill training.
You train an MMA class 3 times a week for 1.5 hours, and no more additional skill training, correct? If so, that's not very much.
yeah but those are the only days my school is open it's a small school. but what me and my friend hae been doing at night is some training and he's a blackbelt and an experienced mma fighter
but my question wukkadb is would i be overtraining or burning off more muscle than i'm putting on?
