Pumelling, guard pass drills, guard passes, etc. Elbows started to ache so I only did the first half. Just kind of went through the motions. In hindsight I should have just rested or did some training on my own.
Ordered some gulcosamine + msm to see if it helps with the joints. Also going to try out Beta Alanine which is supposed to delay the onset of muscle fatigue...we'll see if there's anything to it.
