I don't really care about looking huge. Just want to be in shape.
Edit: So I ordered the ON so it should be here next week. So once it gets here I can just eat it and sit on the couch and get stronger right?
Kidding, I hit the gym every other day but still do cardio on my off days? That enough rest between the gym. I am by no means a heavy lifter, atm I am weak! But it will change.
