Do 50 puces in a complete combo not stopping in between a each do it as fast as you can. right when your done i mean you have to do all this stuff fast pace, do 20 pushups the 20, 20 sid ups then repeat. I also take a pillow put it on the ground and practice my elbowing on it. Get a heavy bag, practice leg kicks. What ever your weak in get better at and what ever your good at get better at.
