Too little volume, too intense. I like it for deadlifts only.
I doubt I'll do this routine again. I'll stick with the set reps and progression, but switch it to a dead, press and squat days with assistance. At least for a while, and compare the results.
Ya I don't like doing everything on the same day, it'd be too demanding for me. And I like 3x3 a lot, it's all about having the intensity make up for the lack of volume. Were all the squat sets easy? And how much warm up did you do before?
