Kick the banana bag as much as you can, im assuming your dojo has one right, the tall skinny heavybag that hurts your shins a little when you kickit? use linament when u have too. and do drills lightly like we used to take turns throwing kicks at each other, back and forth checking all the low kicks and over time it gets more intense, but kills at first. Ive had friend who play drums on there shins etc etc. Didnt help them much. Jump rope, helps build your muscle up around the shinbone
