Early Morning Conditioning okay?

Hi guys,

Because of my tight schedule, I am forced to do my typical conditioning circuit (which consists of the usual press ups, sit ups, dips, burpees, squats etc.) early in the morning.

My question is: Has anyone tried this before and has it worked out okay?
