Firstly, thanks for the help!
My strength routine utilizes a sandbag only (no barbells, I feel a sandbag is better for MMA!) which consists of all the major lifts, including: Deadlifts, Clean and Press, Squats (Back and Zeacher), Power Clean Throws and Bent Over Rows: each for 6 reps, for 3 sets.
Does this look okay for a strength routine? Have I missed out any strength compound exercises?
