what is your diet?
I was raised Ital (Rastafari diet of complete vegan meals minus salt additives) and I have never been to any doctor in my life. Always healthy as a child and stocky built, never had any protein deficiency problems. Nor have i experienced any muscle building problems
I eat 4 meals a day, usually. Black beans, rice, peanuts, soy chorizo and veggie patties are a staple of my diet. Does any other veggie/vegan MMA enthusiasts have any reccomendations?
