Hi, I'm Griffin, I'm 15, and from the Boston area. I play lacrosse, and want to try something new, and MMA has always seemed interesting. Where do I start? How much time should I spend a week? Would it even be possible if I do lacrosse as well? Anything else I should know?
A good start would be to take a basic karate and/or wrestling class. Foundation is key for martial arts. The class schedules may vary so I'm not sure how much time it would take.
