depending on your body fat index you may be sacraficing muscle to do this, this also would mean a strength and energy decrease make sure you really want to go that low, and make sure 11% ( as previously stated ) of your overall weight can be lost due to getting rid of excess fat, you might have better results packing on muscle and strength and going up or staying with in your weight class.
