Cut about 500 calories a day out of your diet you will lose about 1.5 pounds of real weight not water weight or muscle a week. i wrestled for twelve years and in college i was working out i had to eat 3000 calories a day just to maintian my 160 weight. i was only eating about 1000 a day thats how i was able to cut to 142 every week. lots of water and good carbs to give you energy to burn
