you just aren't conditioned. Working on the sprints will help that. Another thing you can do while on the treadmill is doing a slower speed for 1 or 2 minutes and then a real fast speed for 1 or 2 minutes and then back to the slower speed. Either way, you just need to get into better cardio shape if that is happening to you.
