Eat oatmeal man, shove it down seriously it is one of the best things that you can do for yourself. Oatmeal is made up of complex carbohydrates = good calories and very good carbs. You can make it taste better, add some splenda maybe some cinnamin; tastes alright, you will grow to like it. You want to get the carbs in right in the morning allowing for increased energy and the ability for your body to burn off any excess cals by the end of the day.
