Because everyone on the forum read your poll and answered it, because the world revolves around you. Okay.
I'm sure he asked for advice just to disregard it.That makes sense, right?
Anyway, that was all in good fun.
myz, if your looking for tape then I suggest watching guys like Ryo Chonan (especially the Anderson Silva ankle lock) and watching video from Frank Shamrock and other guys who know their stuff.
At the moment I'm working on getting a hold on a video camera, but until then I am just working with posts.
